T-Works is India's largest prototyping centre, established by the Government of Telangana to foster innovation and support hardware startups through state-of-the-art facilities and resources.

T-Works is a pioneering initiative by the Government of Telangana, envisioned as India's largest prototyping centre to catalyze hardware innovation and entrepreneurship. Situated in Hyderabad, the 78,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with over 200 industry-grade tools valued at ₹115 million, providing a comprehensive ecosystem for innovators to transform ideas into tangible products.

Operating as a Section 8 non-profit organization, T-Works is dedicated to reducing barriers to hardware prototyping by offering access to advanced labs, including metal, wood, electronics, 3D printing, and ceramic studios. It serves a diverse community comprising students, startups, and established companies, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation without the fear of failure.

Beyond infrastructure, T-Works provides services like product design assistance, rapid prototyping, and component sourcing. The centre also engages in community-building activities through workshops, events, and collaborative projects, aiming to position Telangana as a global hub for hardware product innovation.
