EROM-NMSM is a private midwifery school in Butuan City, founded in 1958, and notably the first in Mindanao to offer a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery since 2009.

Elisa R. Ochoa Memorial Northern Mindanao School of Midwifery (EROM-NMSM) was established on August 28, 1958, by the Butuan Puericulture Center No. 394, Inc., and is the first midwifery school in Butuan City, Agusan province, and the wider Mindanao region. Initially offering a 1.5-year midwifery diploma, it later transitioned to a 2-year program to better prepare midwives for competent, global practice. On July 31, 1986, the school was renamed in honor of its founder, Elisa Rosales Ochoa, who served as its first principal. In 2009, EROM-NMSM became the first institution in the Philippines licensed to offer a four-year Bachelor of Science in Midwifery (BSM) program, with its first BSM graduates conferred their degrees in March 2011
