Southern Technological Institute of the Philippines, Inc. (STIP), based in Mangagoy, Bislig City, was formally established in 1985 following its origins as the technical department of Recaredo Castillo College and later Saint Joseph Technical School. Beginning classes in 1986, STIP has been committed to providing accessible education rooted in perseverance and dedication. Its mission is to nurture competent, upright, productive, and community-oriented individuals, while its vision is to be a leading institution dedicated to developing well-rounded citizens and future leaders.
