In April, FyrstGen launched its Industrialized Innovation Impact Portfolio I to accredited investors through Akemona — the SEC-registered, blockchain-based platform enabling compliant digital-securities issuance. For the first time, investors can participate directly into 100 de-risked, early-stage companies created by FyrstGen from research and university IP.

Philipp Assmus and Clémence Kopeikin officially established the FyrstGen Foundation in the Cayman Islands. The foundation is expected to be activated in the coming months and aims to deploy humanitarian aid across 50+ countries in the next three years.
Clémence, Foundation Director, brings a 10-year track record in the management of USD 30M+ in humanitarian aid and poverty reduction programs, with deployments in 15 different countries, including two diplomatic missions with the United Nations.

Liquidity Ai Capital Corp. strengthens FyrstGen's institutional investors, family offices, and capital-markets reach with AI-driven market intelligence, sector coverage, and transaction execution, delivered through its Donnai (Donna.ai) platform.

On May 20–21, FyrstGen joined the International Water Security Conference — hosted by UNESCO, Florida International University (FIU), and the Organization of American States (OAS) at OAS Headquarters in Washington, D.C. COO Clémence Kopeikin represented FyrstGen on the panel alongside leaders from the IDB, Aquafondo, the EPM Foundation, and Sawyer Products.
FyrstGen is bringing to market solutions in precision irrigation, water purification, water-efficient agriculture among other products and technologies that strengthen water security and climate resilience worldwide.
In early June, FyrstGen's CEO and COO attended a private viewing and cocktail of the exclusive Delage supercar at the Domaine du Grand Malagny, Geneva.
FyrstGen Founder and CEO Philipp Assmus met with one of the founding members of Düsseldorf, Germany, to provide an update on organizational progress and discuss next steps. Later that day, a meeting was held with Raj Vangapandu, Chief of Asia-Pacific Operations, to discuss regional expansion strategies and future growth opportunities.
FyrstGen participated in the Bonn Climate Change Conference (SB64) — a major UNFCCC event that brings delegates together to advance international climate policy.
FyrstGen will contribute to the conversations at SB64 around innovation ecosystems, technology deployment, and system change — and how to drastically accelerate climate solutions from research into real-world impact.
The FyrstGen team attended the PRME Global Forum in Cairo, Egypt, joining academic institutions and fellow innovation leaders from around the world. As part of the PRME Students Innovation Studio, FyrstGen helped highlight the importance of youth entrepreneurship and SDG-aligned innovation.
