FyrstGen Partners with Akemona, an S.E.C. Regulated Digital Securities Platform to Launch its First Portfolio

FyrstGen and Akemona Launch Industrialized Innovation Impact Portfolio I, portfolio of 100-company featuring innovations addressing some of the world’s most important challenges

FyrstGen, together with Akemona, Inc., has launched the Industrialized Innovation Impact Portfolio I LLC on the Akemona Investor Platform, marking the operational activation of the strategic partnership announced earlier this year and a major milestone in the industrialization of intellectual property commercialization at global scale.

Building on the FyrstGen standardized equity ownership model— 25% FyrstGen, 25% IP Holder, and 50% Digital Securities for Accredited Investors  — Portfolio I brings the digital-securities layer to life through SEC-compliant digital securities infrastructure. The portfolio is designed to offer diversified exposure to 100 de-risked, early-stage companies built through FyrstGen's Company Building as a Service (CBaaS®) model. The portfolio spans sectors such as clean energy, sustainable agriculture, public health, and more.

The launch comes at a moment of growing regulatory clarity for digital securities in the United States, including the House passage of the CLARITY Act in 2025 and SEC staff guidance on digital securities issued in January 2026. Against this backdrop, Akemona’s participation in the launch demonstrates how blockchain infrastructure can be used to facilitate co-investment not just for this first FyrstGen portfolio, but for those to come in the future.

Commenting on the launch, Philipp Assmus, CEO of Industrialized Innovations and Fyrst Limited, highlighted the systemic importance of the step: "Through our partnership with Akemona, for the first time ever, we can standardize the refinancing of innovation — a major milestone in the global rollout of our new ecosystem."

Clémence Kopeikin, Chief Operating Officer at FyrstGen, added that the initiative reflects FyrstGen's broader mission of inclusion — opening the door to regions, communities, and innovators who have long been excluded from value creation, while bringing solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges to market.

As FyrstGen continues to expand its global partnerships across universities, governments, and institutions, the partnership with Akemona collaboration represents an important add on to the FyrstGen ecosystem.

The next portfolio, “Women 4 Women”, has a primary aim to promote gender equality; it will include hundreds of innovations from women-led researchers and innovators and will reserve investment participation from women investors and women-led investment committees.
