High-Level Meeting between Chief Minister of Haryana in India and FyrstGen on Innovation-Led Growth for the State
FyrstGen CEO Philipp Assmus and Delegation Received by Hon'ble Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini to Discuss Accelerating Sustainability, Innovation, and Real-World Impact in Haryana

FyrstGen's engagement with India's government ecosystem reached a new milestone on 18 November 2025, when FyrstGen CEO and Founder Philipp Assmus and his delegation were received by Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini at Sant Kabir Kutir, the official Chief Minister's residence in Chandigarh. The meeting marked a significant step in exploring how FyrstGen's platform can contribute to Haryana's long-term vision for innovation-led growth, inclusive development, and next-generation enterprise creation.
Joining Philipp Assmus in the high-level meeting were Raj Vangapandu, Managing Director of Indo-Euro Synchronization and FyrstGen's Asia-Pacific Representative, and Clémence Kopeikin, FyrstGen's Chief Operations Officer. The delegation was hosted alongside senior Haryana government leadership, including Shri Pawan Choudhary, Advisor to the Chief Minister for the Foreign Cooperation Department, reinforcing the state's active commitment to building meaningful international partnerships around innovation, technology, and industrial development.
During the meeting, the delegation presented FyrstGen's vision of "Accelerating Sustainability, Innovation, Science, and Real-World Impact" — and introduced FyrstGen's broader mission as the Fyrst Generation of Company Creation and Scaling. Through its Company Building as a Service (CBaaS®) model, FyrstGen combines a unified AI-powered ecosystem, robust frameworks, and fair incentive structures to industrialise SME formation, accelerate digital transformation, and drive inclusive economic growth at scale.
The conversation focused on how FyrstGen's integrated approach can contribute directly to Haryana's development priorities — particularly value creation, mass job generation, and social advancement across the state. By adopting the FyrstGen model, Haryana would be positioned to become a hub for next-generation enterprise development, commercialising regional intellectual property, empowering young innovators, and translating research into companies that serve both the state and India's broader growth agenda under the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
As FyrstGen continues to expand its engagement across India's most ambitious states, the meeting with Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini reinforced a broader pattern: alignment between FyrstGen's mission and the objectives of India's state governments. With growing momentum across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and now Haryana, FyrstGen remains committed to working alongside policymakers and institutions to unlock regional innovation potential, create inclusive economic opportunity, and deliver long-term, sustainable impact — one state, one partnership, and one generation of new companies at a time.
