Caraga State University – Cabadbaran City Campus (CSUCC), formerly known as Northern Mindanao State Institute of Science and Technology (NORMISIST), is a public institution established in 1954. It was integrated into CSU in 2009 and has evolved from a regional trade school into a comprehensive university offering basic, undergraduate, and graduate programs—particularly in technical, vocational, engineering, business, industrial technology, tourism, and accountancy. CSUCC is recognized for its commitment to quality education and research, holding ISO 9001:2015 certification and being among the first AACCUP Level II institutionally accredited campuses in the region. Its programs are designed to produce technically skilled graduates equipped for local and global industries, while upholding service, competence, and integrity as core values.
